I am Good!

Is the glass half empty? Not as far as you're concerned! So while others get down in the dumps, you know the best way to pamper yourself is with a big dose of optimism. Going for a walk with your dog, paying attention to your skin, or giving your body a break by reading a book — there are a million ways to spark a smile. That enthusiastic attitude really improves your life (not to mention the lives of people around you!), and makes every day something to look forward to.


That isn't to say you never have occasional down days. Nobody could smile their way through absolutely everything — not even you. You're just happier when you're taking care of number one (that's you!) while you're taking care of business, and you don't need a lavish lifestyle or fancy clothes to do it. Keep shining!

  2. Hey... that's not true, maybe not willingly, though. I did go with the Mister when he wanted to walk the dog (I was a foot away though). The dog's enthu was notably adorable though.
